Return/Refund requests will be entertained only if one, some or all items delivered are seriously damaged, defective, expired, items are incorrect/quantity is less than what was ordered.
On delivery, the customer needs to verify the items received. Upon verification, and if defects/anomalies (as outlined in #1 above) are observed, such item(s) may be handed back to the delivery executive. In case of damaged items, picture(s) of damaged item clearly capturing the defect, is to be sent to the customer service WhatsApp number, so that the defect can be examined and accepted at the Merchant’s stock point.
While customers are advised to examine and make claims for return/refund at the time of delivery itself, no claim for return/refund will be entertained after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Should the defect be accepted (fully or partially) by Merchant, customer must indicate whether they want replacement of the accepted defective item(s) or a refund of the corresponding product value.
Merchant will deliver replacement item(s) within 48 hours from receipt of defective item(s) at its stock point.
In case replacement is requested, appropriate delivery charges and other charges (as applicable) will apply.
In case refund is requested, the corresponding product value will be credited to customer’s wallet for adjustment against subsequent purchases of products from concerned Merchant.
Items sold under promo schemes (e.g. Buy One Get One Free etc.) and items sold under discounts etc. cannot be returned. They are “final sale” items.
All items of return must be unused, in original packaging with all markings intact.
Order cannot be cancelled once out for delivery.
The Platform/Merchants reserves the right to alter, modify Return/Refund Policy from time to time at its discretion.
Please note that currently only the Item Replacement option has been activated. The Item Refund option will be incorporated at a suitable time in the future.
