What does "Grievance" mean?
A Customer grievance is a formal or informal expression of dissatisfaction related to a product, service, or business experience. It's essentially a complaint or concern voiced by a consumer who feels harmed or negatively impacted in some way.
Meghdut’s Grievance Responsiveness
Meghdut is duty-bound to provide a structured system for receiving, investigating, and resolving customer grievances or complaints, whether they are related to any of our onboarded merchants or service providers, delivery partners, other platform partners, or the Meghdut Platform itself.

Steps involved in registering grievance or complaint:
- Click on ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Help Centre’ tab to access the Meghdut Help Center | 24x7 Customer Care Support.
- Choose from Type of Issue / Help Topics.
- Submit your specific grievance, giving relevant details.
- Your grievance will be registered with a unique Ticket Number and reviewed by our Grievance Team under the supervision of our designated Grievance Officer and escalated to the desired level if required.
- You shall receive an acknowledgment within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours through email OR phone call or WhatsApp.
- All the best endeavors will be made to resolve the grievance expeditiously within the one-month timeline as prescribed in the applicable laws.
