Abdar is a care coordination and facilitation program designed to support members through access to services related to healthcare, wellness, emergency assistance, insurance facilitation, and allied support services.
Abdar does not itself provide medical treatment, insurance, emergency response, or professional services, unless expressly stated in writing.

All medical, diagnostic, wellness, nursing, home healthcare, and allied services are provided by independent third-party healthcare providers.
Medical decisions, treatment plans, prescriptions, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider and the member.
Abdar shall not be responsible for:
Members are advised to seek independent medical advice where appropriate.
Emergency coordination (including ambulance support, hospital facilitation, or on-ground assistance) is provided on a best-effort basis.
Actual emergency response depends on:
Abdar does not guarantee response time, outcomes, or resolution in emergency situations.
Any insurance coverage offered under the Program is:
Abdar is not an insurer and does not underwrite any risk.
Claim approval, rejection, payout amount, and timelines are determined solely by the insurer, as per policy terms.
In case of conflict, the insurance policy document shall prevail.
Abdar works with multiple independent third-party vendors and service providers.
These providers operate under their own licenses, professional standards, and contractual obligations.
Abdar shall not be liable for:
